Everything you might want to know before you order.
How long does my order take?
Everything is made to order, and every order is made and shipped within 24 hours of you placing it. After that, West Malaysia (Semenanjung) parcels usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days, East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) in 3 to 7.
How do I pay?
You pay right at checkout through toyyibPay, a secure Malaysian payment gateway. You can pay with FPX online banking or with a debit or credit card. As soon as your payment goes through, your order is confirmed automatically and we email you a confirmation. There is nothing to transfer or upload.
Do you ship to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)?
Yes. We ship across West Malaysia (Semenanjung) and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan). The shipping cost is shown at checkout once you choose your state.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is on its way, the courier usually sends tracking updates to you directly. You can also check any time on our [Track order](/track) page with your order number and email. When your parcel ships we also email you the tracking number as a heads-up.
Can you print my own 3D model?
Yes. On the [Custom 3D Print](/request) page, upload your model file (3MF, STL, STEP or OBJ) and tell us the colours and size you want. We print from your file only. We reply with a quote, and if you are happy with it you pay just like a normal order.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
3D printed colours can look slightly different from photos because of screens and lighting. Small layer lines are normal and part of the handmade charm.
Are these toys safe for small children?
Our pieces contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No refunds for change of mind, because every piece is printed to order.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Faulty or wrong items will be replaced or refunded. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the parcel. See the returns page for details.
