Terms

These terms apply when you shop with LittleKeeps, a brand of TENANGCREATIVE STUDIOS (the seller). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. We may cancel unpaid orders after a while, and we will let you know.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You pay the total shown at checkout, including shipping, through toyyibPay (FPX online banking or debit or credit card).

Every piece is printed after you order and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Custom 3D Prints follow the timeline in the quote.

3D prints may vary slightly from photos in colour and finish. Small layer lines are normal.

Our pieces contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Keep them away from heat and direct hot sun.

Custom 3D Prints are printed only from a 3D model file you send us (3MF, STL, STEP or OBJ). You confirm you have the right to use the file and have it printed. We print the file as it is and are not responsible for flaws in its design. Custom 3D Prints are not refundable except for a printing fault on our side.

No refunds for change of mind. Faulty or wrong items will be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our returns page for the full process. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
