Shipping

We ship across West Malaysia (Semenanjung) and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).

Every piece is made to order, and every order is made and shipped within 24 hours of you placing it. Custom 3D Prints follow the timeline in your quote.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your state and the weight of your items. You will always see the shipping cost before you place your order.

Once your parcel is on its way, we email you the courier and tracking number as a heads-up. After that, the courier usually sends updates to you directly, and you can check any time on our [Track order](/track) page with your order number and email.

After your order ships, West Malaysia (Semenanjung) parcels usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) parcels in 3 to 7 working days.

Please double check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
