Returns and refunds

We check every piece before it is packed. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

No refunds for change of mind. Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot take back items because you changed your mind, chose the wrong colour or design, or no longer need them. This also applies to Custom 3D Prints made from your own file.

Faulty or wrong items will be replaced or refunded. This includes items that arrive broken, items with a printing fault, and items that are not what you ordered.

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page, email or WhatsApp.
2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a photo of the parcel and label.
3. Keep the item and packaging until we reply. We may ask you to send the item back, and if so we pay the return postage.
4. We reply within 2 working days and tell you whether we will replace or refund the item.

If you prefer a replacement, we reprint and send it at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund, or we cannot replace the item, we refund the amount you paid for that item, plus shipping if the whole order was affected. Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you give us, usually within 7 working days after we approve it. We email you when the refund is sent.

Custom 3D Prints are printed from the file you send us, exactly as it is. They cannot be returned or refunded, except for a printing fault on our side (for example a failed or broken print). We are not responsible for problems that come from the file itself, such as its design, size, thin walls or parts that do not fit together. If we spot a problem with your file before printing, we will tell you before you pay.

Slight colour differences and small layer lines are a normal part of 3D printing and are not treated as faults.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including the guarantee that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. If a fault appears after 7 days, please still contact us.
