Privacy

LittleKeeps is a brand of TENANGCREATIVE STUDIOS, a small business registered in Malaysia with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). We respect your privacy and follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. Payments are handled by toyyibPay, and we only receive the payment result, never your card or bank login. If you send a review or join our newsletter, we keep what you send us. If you send a Custom 3D Print request, we keep the 3D model file you upload only to quote, print and fulfil that order. We never share, sell or reuse your files. We also keep a record of when you agreed to this notice.

We use your details to take and print your order, ship it, send you order and delivery updates, handle refunds, reply to your messages, and keep the accounts and records the law requires. If you are signed in and leave items in your cart, we may send you one reminder email. We only send newsletters and offers if you tick the box to opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We ask you to agree to this notice when you create an account, place an order or send a custom request. Giving your details is needed to process an order. Marketing emails are optional and are never ticked for you.

We share only what is needed with our courier to deliver your parcel, and with the services we use to run the shop, such as hosting and email. We never sell your data.

Uploaded 3D model files and any refund documents are deleted automatically 12 months after your last order, or 12 months after you delete your account. Order records (what was bought, amounts and dates) are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, without your name or address once your account is deleted. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, saved addresses, wishlist and reviews straight away.

You can see and update your details on your account page, and download a copy of your data with Download my data on your profile page. You can ask us to correct your data, stop sending you marketing, or delete your account at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will reply within 21 days.

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in, remember your cart and protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to switch off.

For any privacy question or request, use our contact page or email us at the address shown there.
